While liberals play politics as usual and bemoan their loss of influence, America is rediscovering itself in the heart of the Middle East. There the 2000 fallen heroes have given their lives to redeem the nation’s honor, thrown away by Democrats in the lost cause of Vietnam. As our President has repeatedly declared, there will be no cut and run from Iraq. The long-suffering millions in the cradle of civilization will not be abandoned as were the masses of Asia which suffer in the slavery of communism to this day.
