Defensive Steps Against Iran

Rather than planning an attack, this Middle East source says America is concerned about Iranian suicide attacks:

Emirati sources say the GCC states do not have any special protection against plans to attack oil installations in the Gulf in case a US-Iran war erupts. These sources are concerned that Iran may send suicide bombers to destroy these installations.

And the US is making preparations, just in case of attacks:

...Kuwaiti sources say the Americans have already taken defensive and surveillance positions along the maritime Iran-Iraq border to prevent the Iranian Navy from launching attacks against the Kuwaiti coast. The US forces are now preparing to set up a new air intelligence base in Tanuma, east of Basra.

America has enough to do in Iraq, without responding to Iranian hysteria.
