Choosing Victory

A plan to win in Iraq, story from National Review:

On Thursday, military analyst and AEI scholar Fred Kagan will present a report: “Choosing Victory: A Plan for Success.” They will have some impressive and provocative ideas, including a “sustained surge of U.S. forces to secure and protect critical areas of Baghdad.”

Actually, I feel we already have the key to victory in the War on terror: President George W. Bush!
