Force Protection, Inc., the leading protective vehicle manufacturer, today announced results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2006. For the year ended December 31, 2006, the Company's net sales totaled $196.0 million. Net income was $18.2 million or $0.39 per diluted share. In the fourth quarter of 2006, the Company's net sales totaled $62.9 million. Net income was $17.0 million or $0.32 per diluted share during the fourth quarter of 2006.
