Bush Wins the French Election

Some one had to say it, and I did at Opeds.com:

So, the common consensus seems to be that “Bush lied and
people died”. Not only did he enter into Iraq under false pretenses, we are told
by political leaders and press pundits, but once there he bungled the operation
so badly as to allow the nation to fall into chaos. In so doing, and by failing
to seek international sanction to invade the country, Bush has badly damaged

Congress and John McCain can restore America to rights.

In France a pro-American, pro-Bush, pro-Israeli conservative
politician Nicolas Sarkozy has been elected President. The nation which not only
was America’s vociferous critic of late could also be considered the closest
thing to an ally of radical Islam in Europe. Outgoing president Jacque Chirac
has made no pretense of his support for Palestinian terrorists, and even
condoned Iran’s quest to build up her nuclear arsenal. For his thanks, Chirac
has received nightly torchings by Muslim youth in the streets of Paris, the
infamous banlieues’ who despise everything about French culture while reaping
the benefit of its liberal immigration and welfare policies.
