Please Pardon Libby Mr. President

Convicted on an Urban Myth, that Bush "lied about WMDs in Iraq". From Yahoo/AP:

Vice President Dick Cheney's former chief of staff was sentenced to
2 1/2 years in prison Tuesday for lying and obstructing the CIA leak
investigation — the probe that showed a White House obsessed with criticism of
its decision to go to war.

charge Libby or anyone else with violating the Intelligence Identities
Protection Act or the Espionage Act in the CIA-leak affair. From the beginning
of his investigation, Fitzgerald knew who revealed CIA employee Valerie Plame’s
identity to columnist Robert Novak, and it wasn’t Libby.
