Bush 34, Congressional Democrats 14

Congressional Democrats are spinning their wheels trying to “get”
George Bush. Democrats promised not to waste their time impeaching Bush. That is
what they are doing. The public disdain for Democrats is overwhelming.

Whither goes Democracy is we can't govern? And I'm wondering, if we can't win a counterinsurgency war, secure our borders, fix Social Security and Health Care, ect, what can we do?
