ABC Reported on ‘Phony Heroes' Before Rush Limbaugh

The radical liberal group Media Matters has taken up where MoveOn stumbled. The George Soros funded website has turned from attacking the troops to smearing conservative icons Bill O'Reilly and Rush Limbaugh, by taking words they said and brandishing them on TV and the Internet. Concerning Rush, its laughable that a group which despises the military would feel the need to come to its rescue, as NewsBusters reports:

Just days before Rush Limbaugh was attacked by a number of press outlets for discussing "phony soldiers" on the air, ABC's Brian Ross did a segment on "World News with Charles Gibson" dealing with "phony heroes...scam artists...posing as the war heroes they never were, claiming credit for acts of courage in Iraq and Afghanistan."

Marvelously, this story was aired on Monday, September 24, just two days before Limbaugh made his comments.

It's an interesting contrast. Liberals get mad when we report the truth on their activities, which might explain their problem winning elections for the past 20+ years. To counter this, they channel Joseph McCarthy hand use bully tactics and smear campaigns to shut down conservative radio and our only Right leaning news channel at Fox News. The only reason they won back Congress last year was thanks to the so-called Blue Dog Democrats, who ran on conservative issues, and because the Right was divided over immigration and out-of-control spending by Republicans.

Here's some advice to both Right and Left: it always pays to be honest!
