Hastert Goes On Offensive

House Speaker Dennis Hastert, battered by charges that his office knew about misconduct by former Rep. Mark Foley more than three years ago, went on the offensive Thursday, trying to rally the Republican Party whose ranks have been demoralized by the growing scandal...The buck stops here," Hastert said on FOX News Talk's Brian & the Judge Show, repeating a phrase made famous by President Harry Truman. "What I want to do is turn this around and fight. ... We need to get this behind us," he said.

Looks like the Speaker is taking advice Rush Limbaugh gave him a few days ago. Plus I just heard Rush say that while the Democrats are out looking for Republican scandals, they are getting further and further from the most important issue for Americans: National Security.
