The introduction of an amendment last week in Congress to
prohibit the FCC from using taxpayer dollars to reinstate the Fairness Doctrine,
that passed overwhelmingly!

The Senate shot down the crown jewel of Big
Labor's legislative agenda this year, “card check.”

The United States Supreme Court last week ruled against the use
of racial preferences by public schools.
